We recommend booking as early as possible — especially for summer weekends, which fill up fast. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows. Reach out and we'll let you know what we can do! Summer weekends book up quickly!

We deliver everything to your location, so you can set it all up where you like before your party starts. We will walk you through any information you need. There's a flat $10 delivery fee within our service area. When the party's over, simply pack things up and we will pick everything up. Easy peasy.

Absolutely — that's one of our favorite things about the way we're set up. You can mix and match any of our rental items to build the perfect setup for your event.

We currently serve the North and Northwest sides of Chicago, including Lincoln Square, Andersonville, Roscoe Village, Logan Square, Avondale, Irving Park, Albany Park, Bucktown, Wicker Park, Portage Park, Jefferson Park, and surrounding neighborhoods. We serve all kinds of backyard celebrations — kids' birthday parties, block parties, family reunions, summer cookouts, graduation parties, school and church events, and more. If you're throwing a party in a backyard in Chicago's North or Northwest side, we'd love to help make it special.

A deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your date and confirm your reservation. The deposit amount varies depending on the items you're renting. We'll confirm the exact amount when we send your booking confirmation. Full payment is due 7 days before your event.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You'll receive a payment link via email. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

A refundable security deposit is required to hold your booking. This covers any potential damage or missing items. If everything is returned in good condition, your security deposit is fully refunded within seven days.

Yes — if you need to reschedule, reach out as soon as possible and we'll do our best to find a new date that works. Rescheduling is subject to availability. We'd always rather help you move your date than lose your booking entirely.

Chicago weather can be unpredictable — we get it! If rain affects your outdoor event, reach out as soon as you can and we'll work with you to find a solution. We handle weather situations on a case-by-case basis and always try to be flexible. Some items (like snack machines) work great indoors too!

Yes, as long as the items are available for your date! Just reach out and we'll update your order and send a revised invoice for any additional items.
EQUIPMENT & SAFETY
What to expect from our rentals.

Absolutely. Every item is thoroughly cleaned and inspected between rentals. Safety is especially important to us given our background in childcare — we would never deliver anything we wouldn't be comfortable having around our own kids.

We understand that accidents happen — especially with excited kids around! Minor damage and normal wear and tear is expected. For more significant damage or missing items, our rental agreement gives us the right to charge the card on file. Small costs may be covered by the security deposit. For larger damage (like a broken machine), the replacement or repair cost will be charged directly. Full details are outlined in your rental agreement.

Yes — adult supervision is required for all rentals, especially for younger children. We'll walk you through safe usage for every item we deliver, and all safety guidelines are also outlined in your rental agreement.

Yes — Party Set Go Chicago is fully insured. We carry general liability insurance for all of our rental activities, so you can have peace of mind knowing you're working with a legitimate, protected business.
